As a UX/UI designer I use a variety of tools. Different jobs ask for different tools.

#1. Figma

The new kid on the block, Figma. This online tool that helps teams create, test, and ship designs from start to finish. One of the benefits of this tool is that you can easily work with multiple designers on one designs. No versioning control needed. Also prototyping works pretty good with this tool.

#2. Sketch

Perfect for designing digital products. With the different plugins you can adjust it to your own usage.

#3. Invision

Great prototype tool. Easy to upload online, link the screens and share with clients. Great in combination with Sketch.

#4. Illustrator

A classic, but still the best tool for designing icons.

#5. Whimsical

A perfect online tool to setup up complex flowcharts.
